- Fresh Repaint on any of the cyc floors. Price includes space “as is” without a fresh repaint which is an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy: SUPER STRICT: Cancel at least 60 days before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including fees). If cancellation occurs within 60 days before your booking start time, you will receive 50% refund (excluding fees).

Require Insurance To Book: No - Guest is not required to have insurance to book. Guest understands and agrees to all fees and cost that may incure due to any property damage.

Minimum Rental Hours: 4 Hours
