THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL "SITE REP FEE"/LOCATION MANGER'S FEE ($30/hour) on all bookings. This is a movie studio and we must have trained staff on set who are independent contractors,they must be on set during your entire shoot to make sure your production needs meet and the shoot goes smoothly; for legal tax purposes, we cannot combine this fee with the rental fee on third party websites and this payment must be off the platform. The rate is for productions with a total of 20 cast and crew members, the rate for productions with more than 20 team members is more.
Upon booking, the producer must send their full name, Email address, and contact number to the host to prepare paperwork. The paperwork includes the rental agreement, liability release form, and a CC auth for security purposes.

About the set:
There are no stairs or elevator, the stage has a roll-up door which makes it easy for your production's vehicle loading. Each booking comes with a complementary green room and a makeup room.
There will be 9 free parking spots available for each production at gated parking during the week until 5:00 PM and 20 spots after, there's plenty of free street parking on Valjean Ave as well. Weekends come with about 30 free parking spots.
Cinema Town Studios is a movie studio with different standing sets, booking rate is per set, the entire stage is about 6000 SQ FT., and this set is approximately 1200 SQ FT. The hospital set has a lobby, nurse station, hallway, patient room with a curtain, TV, IV pole, heart rate monitor, Medical posters, chairs, couch, wheelchair, sink, patient gown, blanket, and doctors scrub.
